I’ve read your post several times and other posts on this site. I have to say that it is really impressive and your material is very different to how I was taught marital arts (a long time ago). I would like to possibly enrol my children into such classes as I know that it will help them not only in their studies but also with the confidence – I would be greatful if you could send me some more information about you lessons. Thank you.

Young people need as much help as they can get with their studies and this research proves the importance of exercise and education. Equally importnat is the need and development of good character – especially in this day and age where there seems to be a void of good manners. These classes should be taught in ALL schools. This is a really good pieice of work.

I’m glad people like yourself take the time out to bring this information to the masses.

    Keep up the good work.

I have always known that exercise can help children and adults perfrom better in life. I noticed that from your video you mention the book Spark by John Ratey. This is an excellent read and coupled with the type of marital art that you teach its easy to see now – how come you had such good results.
